The whole training project will involve all the newly hired staff. The other existing employees will experience one day training before taking the four periods of the trainee development system. In the whole project, identify the trainer’s weakness is the important activity for the training system. If the related managers know of the trainers carefully, it can get the suitable study cases for each student. As the main purpose of the whole project is taking effective training and getting customers’ satisfaction, the present author draws the project mission, detailed activities and the orders for these tasks for the whole project.

With the detailed activities analysis in the above table, the present author could use the Gantt chart to take the time regulation for the whole training program. It is the bar chart to show the current issues and detailed schedule for the project (Wallace & Gantt, 1922). Based on the above detailed activities, the present author drew the Gantt chart in the following (see in figure 3). However, the detailed network for the whole project are showed in figure 4,5,6.

Cost estimation and project budget

With the detailed arrangement and time regulation of the whole training project, the present author takes the evaluation of the used resources and project budget for it. The cost and resources used in the project referred to cost of program, operation cost and project management and some others. One of the important factors should be more accurate, credible and reliable for the cost estimation (Khatibi, et al, 2012).

The project budget is about 200,000 pounds. The expenditure of the project will include the cost of hiring the project manager for a period of one year among other expenses. The project expenditure does not include the cost of premises for training and compensation for time lost by the employees during the training. The organization has an intention to explore the possibility for initiating a simple e-learning package that workers would have to undergo before the four phases of trainee development plan (Gerber & Collin, 2000). Based on the detailed cost analysis, the present author takes the detailed budget for the training project (see in table 2).

Project meeting regulation

The project meeting for the training system project is the regular event that involves every person who share and focus on the project. In the project, it refers to project manager, risk manager, safety manager, external monitoring and evaluation expert, project coordinator, training manager and some others. Each of them took the employment expenditure in the table 2. As the main objectives of the whole project, they are communicating with the other managers and stakeholders for the issues.

The detailed objectives of the project included these points. First, all new employees joining the company in the UK from May 2014 would take the 4 stage trainee development scheme. 2-       Quality of excellence:

This step will ensure that the quality standard of the project is met and must not be disrupted.  Therefore, the training managers from all regions must record the attendance of the employees and address any poor attendance and any problems encountered during the training sessions. The safety manager will also identify that the alarm systems are working and the CCTV is in 24 hours operation to ensure no quality disruption occurs during the training programmes.

3-     Successful management:

In this step is ensuring that all elements of the project are linked together and served as a cohesive unit in achieving the overall objectives of the project. Therefore, the external monitoring and evaluation expert will assess and assist the project manager in making sure that each objective has been met.  The external and monitoring expert will also give further recommendations for areas that need improvement
