/etc/apt/sources.list 中
呼吁如下：
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

## developers who want to ship their latest software.
deb http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty main
deb-src http://extras.ubuntu.com/ubuntu natty main
deb http://archive.canonical.com/Ubuntu maverick partner
deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/Ubuntu maverick partner
deb http://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/CRAN/bin/linux/ubuntu maverick/
更新软件源：
sudo apt-get update
r-base-dev
安装软件 sudo apt-get install r-base r-base-dev
安装完今后输入 R 就可以进入R的呼吁端
接下来还需要安装 R 的 GUI（也可以不安装）

这个笔者利用的是RStudio。其他没有用过。RStudio直接从官网 （http://www.rstudio.org/）下载后，直接安装即可。
