I have developed and honed strong interpersonal and managing skills throughout my time at Yale.As the personnel manager of the Saybrook Orchestra, I have recruited for and helped to managethe 90-person orchestra, involving constant collaboration and compromising with various musicians and people. Furthermore, I served on the Secretariat for the 2006 Yale Model United Nations Conference, coordinating with over 1300 high school students and 150 faculty advisors spanning 15 states and 10 countries to run a four-day Model UN conference.
