Late submissions will be processed in accordance with current University regulations which state:
“the time period during which a student may submit a piece of work late without authorisation and have the work capped at 40% [50% at PG level] if passed is 14 calendar days. Work submitted unauthorised more than 14 calendar days after the original submission date will receive a mark of 0%. These regulations apply to a student’s first attempt at coursework. Work submitted late without authorisation which constitutes reassessment of a previously failed piece of coursework will always receive a mark of 0%.”

Tasks to be undertaken: 系统构建代写
Read the attached case study titled Howard-Spencer. Note that you are required to make appropriate assumptions along with your rationale when exact information is not provided.
You are required to perform the following tasks based on this case study:
1.Produce a five layer IT Project organisation chart/structure for the Howard-Spencer Housing Association
2.Produce Work Breakdown Structures to identify the activities for the project using an appropriate project planning tool (e.g. MS Projects).
3.Using an appropriate financial appraisal method, evaluate and explain which supplier Howard-Spencer should go with. However, discuss three additional factors that which may have a bearing on the selection a project. Justify your reasons for the method you have selected.
4.Critical Path Analysis from the activity schedule
5.Identify and evaluate eight IT potential risks from the project using a risk register
6.Develop a brief ‘Quality Assurance Plan’ for the project. This should include:
a.Criteria to evaluate the quality
b.Staff in charge of quality assurance
c.A list of control techniques
7.Develop a brief ‘Human Resource Management Plan’ for the project:
a.Project organisation chart
b.Responsibility Assignment Matrix
c.Some recommendations for team development

1.Prepare a 5 minutes video recorded presentation in which you explain tasks 1, 2, and 3.
The main output of these deliverables (i.e. explaining your organisation structure, the WBS approach you have chosen to take, the financial evaluation of the supplier you have selected.)
2.A report including tasks 4, 5, 6, and 7 in its body and only the main outputs of tasks 1-3 as appendices. This report (excluding title page, table of contents and reference list / bibliography / appendices) should not exceed 2,000 words.
