路由和交换代写 follow the rules of:a no all zero subnets b no all 1s subnets c must allow for network and broadcast address on network
In the following subnet problems follow the rules of:
a. no all zero subnets
b. no all 1s subnets
c. must allow for network and broadcast address on network

Four companies have agreed to divide the following address 196.120.100.0 into four equal subnets. Then each company has to further subdivide the network to meet their individual requirements.
Company A: 1 30 host network
3 minimum 5 host network
1 point to point links that will be used to connect company A to B
Company B:
2 30 host networks
Company C:
4 minimum 10 host networks
Company D:
3 minimum 14 host networks
3 point to point links that will be used to connect company D to A, B and C.
Using the appropriate subnet masks design a network that will meet these requirements showing: the subnet mask, the network address, and range of valid host addresses for each network.

A company has been assigned an address of 175.86.0.0.Determine the subnets for the following networks:
14 Networks with at least 4000 hosts
6 Networks with at least 1000 hosts
6 Networks with at least 250 host

Referring to figure 1 assume all of the arp caches are initially empty. Show the arp table of each device including the router at the end of the following sequences: (Note refer to the letter of the host as the mac address of the host and the router interface Ex as mac Ex.) Note also we are not using proxy arp (the default gateway of the router interface ip is configured into the host.) Use the following arp guidelines:
a. All hosts will listen for arp broadcasts and place mac address and ip address in their arp tables
b. All routers will only update their arp tables when directly involved in an arp request/reply
Host B pings Host C
Host B pings Host F
Host D sends a packet to Host A
Host G sends a packet to Host J
Host H sends a packet to Host D

Examine the drawing below, figure 2, apply Spanning Tree Protocol to the network to eliminate any potential bridge loops. Determine the root bridge, root port, designated port, and blocked ports for each switch as appropriate.
Path Cost | 100Mb/s | 19 |
Path Cost | 1 Gb/s | 4 |
Path Cost | 10 Gb/s | 2 |

Based on the figure below configure the switch ports and vlan trunking to allow the communication between the hosts as described in the listed requirements.
Configuration Requirements
Switch 1: Hosts on interfaces gi0/1 and gi0/5 in network 170.110.120.0 Hosts on interfaces gi0/2 and gi0/3 in network 170.110.180.0 Hosts on interfaces gi0/8 and gi0/10 in network 170.110.240.0 Management interface on switch: interface vlan799 Ip address 170.110.200.130 255.255.255.224 Ip default-gateway 170.110.200.129 In addition there is a dedicated vlan for some devices in a private address network on switches 1, 2, and 3. The vlan is vlan 3000 and the switch ports on each switch are gi0/21, gi0/22,gi0/23, and gi0/24. All of the devices on vlan3000 must be able to ping each other on the different switches Switch 2: Hosts on interfaces gi0/2 and gi0/4 in network 170.110.120.0 Hosts on interfaces gi0/5 and gi0/6 in network 170.110.180.0 Hosts on interfaces gi0/7 and gi0/8 in network 170.110.240.0 Management interface on switch: interface vlan799 Ip address 170.110.200.131 255.255.255.224 Ip default-gateway 170.110.200.129 Switch 3: Hosts on interfaces gi0/1 and gi0/2 in network 170.110.120.0 Hosts on interfaces gi0/7 and gi0/8 in network 170.110.180.0 Management interface on switch: interface vlan799 Ip address 170.110.200.132 255.255.255.224 Ip default-gateway 170.110.200.129

Examine the drawing below. On routers A and C configure static routes to each individual network that is not directly connected. When you have completed that configuration use route summarization to simplify the static route commands on routers A and C.
On routers B and D the Ethernet interfaces are 100Mb/s and 1 Gb/s.Configure static route configurations on router B and router D that will use the 100Mb/s interface only if the Gigabit interface link fails. You may use summary routes to simplify the configuration
