The future development and growth of any hotel during christmas is defined by the capacity to retain and attract huge number of visitors (McClatchy & Lyon,2007).Victory designers is comprised of an interior designing professionals who offer commercial accountability for design decorations during peak and regressive seasons of the year.On top of designing,Victory designers are suffiently trained on managing estimated budget, organising ,planning and guiding on all casino fashion services.This covers reception, reservations concierge, beverage,housekeeping and food operations. While planning ahead and making a specific overview to maximise gains, Cherokee casino and hotel management should lend their ears to Victory decoration details since decoration is a backbone of attracting and meeting visitors expectations and needs. Designing decoration for various types of Casino involves the drafting,creating and planning for hotel development. The main concept of restraunt design is deeply rooted in the native means of offering hospitality to either travellers or guests while referencing with ancient times.The manager must be informed that interior designs are very diverse and have varied variations it terms of existent.However,budgeted amount is the main definer of these designs.Victory designers are widely experienced because they ever managed as little as $5,000 and as much as $200,000,000 amount in the past.

B. Types of design and their estimated budget
i. Professional Design
Professional decoration shall be sophisticated and will involve usage of specialist designers,environmental engineers and suppliers. Hotel decoration will cover the refurbishment of Cherokee existing buildings.Some of the halls will be turned for other multi purpose according to the level of demand.Among other uses,swimming pools, outdoor facilities ,spas and fitness centers will be rebuilt either within or outside the main building.The decoration is approximated to use $10,000 per annum because among other needs, it requires several categories of trained personnel.

After learning the culture of West Siloam Springs ,we recommend the hotel to operate as if working out of its native environment. Of late, traveling has become an international scope which is linked to local traditions and as a result, decorations have been affected negatively. International likes have become a type of hotel styling in its assumed right. To be effective and attractive to clients,older furnitures will be replaced. All newly built areas including weight rooms, business rooms and arcades shall be equipped with computers as segment of remodels.Through this procedure,Cherokee will be converted to an ecosystem friendly environment which any serious guest desires. During remodeling, some sections will be blocked off to create space of working on the current part and the hotel will remain open all through despite remodeling process. D. Description of Program and General Services
Victory designer will offer all design, technical developement and artistic guidance.We will also handle contract and program management, general oversight and liaison which will be necessary to generate and execute the desired comprehensive program. Main entry points and sites characteristics will be among the decorants of the season. Due to these points, planning will be given an extensive consideration since additional lighting for each site will be needed. As we all know,Cherokee 2014-2015 holiday program will require collaboration between all flag bearing departments and marketing sector because they shall be affected positively by placement of decoration.

To achieve this,Victory designer will establish perfect bedrooms for relaxing and resting because the appearance of the room decrease stress and raises the opportunity of relaxing. Here are some of the steps which Victory will take to initiate the designing.
A. Choosing the correct color
In choosing the colors for the Cherokee guest houses , the designer will use warm ,neutral , pastel and earth colors. These will be used to make ceilings,walls and furniture attractive and embracing bright colors will be avoided since they hardly stimulate the sleep. Additionally,we will ensure the furniture and fabrics colors complement with each each other to make the rooms restful for relaxing.
B. Choosing the right beds
We have discovered that beds are the pivot points of most guest houses.Therefore, if larger beds are used the rooms will appear crowded and tiny. At the same time, using beds which are too small the appearance will be awkward. Hence choosing the correct size for the bed makes the room to appear perfect. C. Wall decor

Consequently,we will allow not less than 24 inches so as to input the traffic lanes. In so doing,all paths towards the washingrooms will be cleared to prevent guests from stumbling whenever they have night trips near them.
F. Right designs and coloring for fabrics
When making choice for the curtains and bedcover, designer shall ensure it shall look decent in the room. Appropriate considerations of the room color will be made such that darker fabrics will be chosen if gest rooms are light. If the rooms are darker lighter fabrics will be given the first preference. Victory designer will devise for a decoration which will suit all the concepts of the hotel rooms. This is all because visitors use the fabric to gauge the personality of the hotel staff.
G. Curtains
Most hotel owners love to decorate their rooms with dark curtains to make the room dark irrespective of the time of the day with aim of making sleeping easier. Dark curtains are thought to be great when the walls are light colored. In case if the hotel walls are generally dark, designer shall use lightly decorated curtains. I. Storage Spacing
Victory designer shall ensure guests have two or more cabinets in their rooms.The cabinet shall be used to place other belongings and clothes.It will be designed in such a way that space saving will be maximised to avoid cluttering of things during the placement process.酒店管理论文代写
J. Ventilation considerations
Irrespective of the fact that this may not be accorded point as a means of decorating , ventilation cannot be ignored during the process of internal and external decoration.The guests will not love to come at Cherokee if it happens to be too cold or hot.
