This piece of work represents 100% of the overall module mark. The aim of this assignment is to enable you to look at risks in the implementation of digital transformation for facilities, assess their impact and consider the effectiveness of mitigation measures.

You are an external consultant for a company (You are free to choose the industry) which is implementing new technology to manage better their facilities. You are required to provide advice to the top management of the company on how to manage the risk and change associated with the new solution (You are free to choose the solution).
Therefore, you, as an external consultant, should conduct the following tasks:
- Identify the problem and the selected solution and associated technologies to overcome the problem.
- Analyse how the selected solution will improve stakeholder management.
- Analyse how the selected solution will improve another management concept (you select).
- Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution.
- Evaluate the suggested mitigation measures and highlight the elevated risks.
Format structure 设施管理概念代写
The assignment should be in form of a report submitted to the managerial level of the client. It should include at least one risk from each management concepts selected, but nor more than four risks in total. The report should include the following information:
- The set of technologies selected to be implemented and the reason behind utilising it.
- The benefits of this solution on the selected management concepts
- The risks associated with the implementation of this solution.
- The suggested mitigation measures of an effective implementation of the solution.

Assessment Support
The module team will support students with their assessments within class. The assessment will be explained and discussed twice in the lectures (Week 1 and Week 10 Lectures). Mentors and teaching team will also support students out of class through emails, 1-2-1 virtual meet ups to answer any queries related to the assessment and also through identifying the sources for wellbeing facilities, specific writing lab class, mentorship schemes.
