Assume that you are entrepreneur seeking to create a new organization. It can be a for-profit or non-profit organization in any industry.
2.Find a leading organization in your field 组织行为代写
Find a real organization that is considered a leading, pioneering organization in the field where your organization operates. Provide a detailed background information about the company.
3.Select three OB themes to study
Choose three OB topics and conduct an in-depth analysis of the leading organization in the chosen areas.

Based on the information you have gathered about the leading organization, decide whether you will benchmark the company in the chosen areas. If you’ve decided to emulate the leading organization, what makes you think benchmarking will help your organizational outcomes? If you’ve decided not to imitate the leading organization, why not? How are you going to differentiate from the leading organization? Creativity and novelty are the keys to good grade.
Draw on the OB literature relevant to your topics to help you analyze it. Your analysis should be clear, logical and based on what you’ve learned from the class.

Look of Presentation – slides must be alike in style, use dot points as a guide to what you say ( not more than 4-6 per page), with no spelling or grammatical mistakes ( use Spellcheck and Grammarly!) (20%)
Live Presentation – Are you speaking clearly? Are you talking directly to the audience without reading from your slides (just use the dot points as your guide to what to discuss). (20%)
For best results I highly suggest you do a full run through of your presentation before you do it in class to make sure it is running smoothly.
