Teenage cloth designing is not an easy business but once a person learns the tricks it will gives admirable returns. One has to be in love with fashion to venture into this business. Apparently everyone appears to be in fashion in one way or another. What I plan to consider is the taste in fashion from one individual to the other. In all places I have gone, teenage fashion clothing stores appears brisk and lucrative business. And for this reason designer cloth stores need to establish a competitive advantage. I have realized that there are many teenage clothing businesses out there and the once which are successful have some few commonalities Jannica, (2010, p. 34). I plan to choose a theme for my designs and embrace different ideas. Accessories for every design are critical and keeping in mind the weather patterns as well.

Branding
Getting a name for the business (brand) is always a challenging endeavor. Am very much interested in ensuring that my patrons to remember my business and at the same time I want them to associate my collections with the name of my store. I will emphasize on attractive packaging, tag, brand and a catchy name. It is important to have a wonderful collection of clothes and accessories to build on competitive advantage since customers are able to get all they want under one roof.

Target Market- The product line will be basically for teenage girls. Padded shoulders jacket gives a bold shoulder with a cool genuine look. And there can also have apparel for both the collection lines. Know their core strengths, especially their market share and size because this will be essential in determining the capacity of latitude the business has in lowering the prices.
