You must write your own headings. For your body copy you may use lorem ipsum of your choice. If you do an internet search for lorem ipsum there will be options.

Create a document with two artboards. Each artboard should be letter-sized, or 8.5 by 11 inches, and 300 dpi.

There should be no space between your artboards. To do this, choose More Settings when creating your document. Set the Spacing to 0.
