The goal of this project is to see how real estate prices have moved in NYC.
Suppose that you are an investing manager and have some clients who are interested in investing in real estate in NYC. What you need to do is preparing a white paper that looks at land values in New York City, specifically Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx and how they have changed in this COVID 19 crisis by looking at current prices and common regions (midtown, etc.) that are currently up for sale. Please gather data from Realtor and Zillow on real estate prices for 1) residential and 2) commercial/office properties. Please prepare tables per region (Upper west side, Harlem, etc.) and by borough. One column with the region/borough and another with prices and another with volume of properties for sale.

You need to create a heatmap (per year) with the hottest zones with the highest prices and another heatmap with the areas that have the most transactions/properties for sales. You want to prepare the white paper for clients with a short analysis under each chart. Please put the heatmaps in Powerpoint.
Data for 2018-2020 (YTD) is helpful, so the more info you get, the more rigorous the comparison can be.
