Kotler (1998), argues that PESTEL analysis is a vital strategic instrument for that can be used to understand the market decline or growth, business potential, position as well as direction for operations. The utilization of PESTEL analysis could be seen effective for product and business development, market planning and strategic and business planning and research reports. It also assures that the performance of the company is positively aligned with the influential forces of change which are affecting the environment of the business (Porter, 1992).
