In the quest to understand the human behavior it is critical to analyze the values and cultures behind them. When talking about cultural values, i evaluated the work of articles about modern American culture and how it has impacted on the people’s life. The articles argue out the value system of nations and organization. Generally, modern American values are out of whack in the context of a blend of perceived, actual, and desired values.

The Big Picture of the American Culture to Modern Organizations
As of 2010, the top three American cultural values were bureaucracy, corruption and blame (Lasch, 2018). The leading desired cultural values were accountability, economic growth, and future generations. It is this misalignment of cultural values has seen crumbling of old ways of organizational structures to the trending conscious capitalism where sustainability, transparency, and accountability are the key values.

Another one by Williams (2012) asks why at a certain age is difficult to make friends. He gave the reasons why people beyond the age of 30 find it difficult to make lasting friendships. The critical point for the phenomena are the changing society cultures that change how people keep close friends.
So, in essence, the question that i asked myself is, are the American people too busy to the extent they cannot make and keep friends? Culture has influenced how people live and interact with others. As a result, cultural values have a far-reaching impact on the organizations and how they make a decision relating to people.
