4.The Impact of choosing SaaS, PaaS or IaaS model to the IT Personnel in an organization

The model chosen will affect the IT personnel as follows (Banerjee et al., 2014).

Choosing SaaS, means delivering a single application to customers through a browser that uses a multitenant architecture (that is server and software development and maintenance) (Pazowski et al., 2013). This model will ease the work of the IT personnel in that the solution to the whole model is largely undifferentiated since there is only one application to be maintained. At the same time, it will eliminate high cost associated with softwares whose demand spikes abruptly like billing softwares.
