For the FRESH printing three alginate concentrations were made (2, 4 & 6% w/v).

The Support Bath and Alginate preparation are very significant for the FRESH 3D Bio-printing. For the Alginate preparation, FMC Biopolymer (all alginates) was solubilized the sufficient alginate powder’s amount in deionized (DI) water.
